Biography
Stephanie Glashow is the head of Corporate and Institutional Marketing at Morgan Stanley, and the CMO of Morgan Stanley at Work. She serves as a member of the Wealth Management Division’s Management Committee. Her team’s remit includes marketing for Morgan Stanley’s Workplace, Institutional Consulting, and Family Office businesses. Stephanie has a strong track record in acquiring and developing customer relationships. Her passion is creating strategic narratives that drive and deepen connections across B2B and B2B2C settings.
Stephanie joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 from Capital One Investing, where she led marketing and brand strategy. From 2004-2015, she held a variety of marketing roles at E*TRADE, including leadership of the long- term investor and equity compensation marketing teams. Her financial services career began at Charles Schwab in San Francisco.
Stephanie earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She lives with her husband and three children in Northern Virginia.
