Biography

Kunal brings over 20 years of extensive experience specializing in the application of information technology and data science across sales, marketing, pricing, and risk domains. With a diverse background spanning various industries such as enterprise software, financial services, e-commerce, and telecom, he has adeptly navigated both B2C and B2B landscapes. His passion lies in leveraging data-driven strategies and cutting-edge technology to optimize sales and marketing outcomes.

Currently, Kunal leads the Pega Decisioning platform team within Verizon Business Group’s marketing technology organization. In this role, he spearheads the design and implementation of digital personalization initiatives across all sales and marketing channels, aiming to elevate revenue growth and enhance customer retention. Kunal’s organization has earned prestigious accolades, including the Forester B2B Return on Integration award, SAMMY UX Optimization awards in 2022 and 2023, and Gartner Eye on Innovation awards in 2023.

Prior to joining Verizon, Kunal held analytics and technology leadership positions at esteemed organizations such as Truist Bank, Credit Suisse, and Oracle. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a Masters in Information Management degree from Texas A&M.
