Josh Krakauer is the CEO of Sculpt, a B2B social media marketing agency that supports clients like Atlassian, Schneider Electric, and Uber for Business.
Josh founded Sculpt in 2012 with a mission to connect clients with their human customers more humanly. Today, Sculpt uses that philosophy to help global B2B brands use social media to engage their prospects, inspire their advocates, and close more deals.
Over the past 12 years, Josh has overseen paid, organic, and influencer social media campaigns that have generated millions in pipeline, launched best-selling business books, and convinced tech workers to move to Iowa (yeah, Iowa).
As CEO, Josh champions a “Hustle & Heart” culture—a pursuit of growth while putting humans first. The remote-first Sculpt team, once recognized as the 6th fastest-growing company in the midwest region it was founded, now Zooms in from around the world.
A long-time mentor at programs like Startup Weekend and Techstars, Josh loves connecting people passionate about their business ideas. Josh sits on the advisory board of the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, one of the top-ranked entrepreneurial colleges in the country.

Off the internet, you might find Josh supporting local restaurants, walking around Capitol Hill with his wife and dog, attending supercar events, or training to hold a 60-second handstand.
