Ashley Baber

Ashley Baber, Vice President of Account Management at Cvent, is responsible for a significant piece of Cvent’s revenue via expansion and retention. Ashley’s leadership has been pivotal in elevating Cvent’s Account Management department into a powerhouse, with renewal rates exceeding expectations.

As one of Cvent’s start-up employees, Ashley knows how to roll up her sleeves and be hands-on. She has learned how leading a team in this manner increased the lessons of upselling, cross-selling, churn reduction, and identifying at-risk accounts. From turning a team of 4 to a team of 150+ across the globe, Ashley knows how to work effectively and efficiently.

A graduate of James Madison University with a BS degree, Ashley’s professional journey is anchored in her passion for human psychology and optimizing customer experiences. She is a lover of travel and lives with her family in the DC Metropolitan Area.
