With more than 15 years of marketing strategy, website design, and content development experience, Don oversees digital marketing and web development at Ironmark, leading a team to develop and execute a full scope of successful marketing strategies. Don brings the unique perspective of a former journalist and business owner to help companies craft their brand story to create impactful customer connections that drive meaningful results.
Don believes a marketer’s best asset is a curious mind, and it is essential for professionals in marketing, web development (and many other industries) to embrace AI technology, starting with hands-on experience. He has presented webinars such as the “Unlocking Secrets of ChatGPT” series and “AI for Small Marketing Teams.”
Don holds an associate degree in Photography from the Art Institute of Colorado, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Towson University, and is a candidate for the Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
